Smart Order Management

Wade (AI Sidekick) helps you manage and analyze orders. He automatically sees what orders you’re viewing and can help you understand your sales data, identify trends, and generate helpful reports called memos.

Accessing Orders
Viewing Your Orders
  1. Log in to your Claudery backend
  2. Click on Claudery → Orders in the left sidebar
  3. You’ll see a list of orders from your store
  4. Click the Wade button in the bottom-right corner to open the Sidekick pane
How Wade Sees Your Orders

When you’re viewing orders, Wade automatically:

  • Sees the orders on your screen – Wade notices which orders you’re looking at
  • Remembers what you’re viewing – He keeps track of the orders you’re working with
  • Shows a confirmation – A small indicator appears showing “Orders (X orders)” so you know Wade sees them

You don’t need to tell Wade which orders to analyze – he automatically knows what’s on your screen.

Asking Questions About Orders

With orders on your screen, you can ask Wade questions like:

  • “What’s the total revenue from these orders?”
  • “Which orders are still pending?”
  • “What’s the average order value?”
  • “Which customers have the highest order values?”
  • “Show me the order status breakdown”

Wade will analyze the orders you’re viewing and give you helpful answers.

Generating Memos from Orders

One of Wade’s most useful features is creating memos – detailed reports that analyze your orders and provide insights.

How to Generate a Memo
  1. Navigate to the Orders page
  2. Make sure the orders you want to analyze are visible on your screen
  3. Open the Wade Sidekick pane
  4. Wait for the “Orders” indicator to appear (showing Wade sees your orders)
  5. Ask Wade: “Create a memo about these orders” or “Analyze these orders”
  6. Wade will create a detailed memo with insights and recommendations
  7. The memo is saved and you can view it later in Posts → Memos
What’s in a Memo

Memos include:

  • Summary of orders analyzed
  • Key insights and trends
  • Recommendations for your business
  • Important patterns or issues identified
Using Memos
  • Memos are saved for future reference
  • You can click on the memo indicator in the Sidekick pane to view it
  • You can ask Wade questions about the memo content
  • Generate new memos for different time periods or order sets
Working with Orders
Filtering Orders

You can filter orders to focus Wade’s analysis:

  • Filter by status (pending, processing, completed, cancelled)
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by customer
  • Wade will analyze only the filtered orders you’re viewing
Viewing Order Details

Click on any order to see:

  • Full order information including items purchased
  • Customer information and contact details
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Order status and history
Pagination

The Orders page shows orders page by page:

  • Use the page navigation to move between pages
  • Wade sees only the orders on your current page
  • To analyze more orders, navigate through pages or use filters to narrow down
