- Community – Entry tier with Merlin only, Product Image Generation, and WooCommerce. No cloud sandbox or bring-your-own agents; GenAI credits are pay-as-you-go. For single-store WooCommerce sites that only need AI product images.
- Starter – Adds Claudia and Wade, a public cloud sandbox, and 1× agentic interaction and GenAI credit quotas. Skills: Product Image Generation, Customer Services, Store Operations; integrations add Shopify. Bring-your-own agents: Claude and Cursor. For small teams running one or two stores.
- Business – Adds MERV and 3× agentic interaction and GenAI credits. Adds Social Media Operations and integrations with BigCommerce and Odoo. Bring-your-own agents add Manus. For growing businesses and more stores or channels.
- Enterprise – 20× agentic interaction and GenAI credits, option for public or private cloud sandbox, and bring-your-own agents include OpenClaw. Same skills and integrations as Business with higher limits. For larger or multi-brand setups.
